Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to every prompt, uploaded input, generated image, and use of Dreamy Y2K.

Sexual and exploitative content
Do not create or request pornography, explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual services, or fetish content. Any sexualized content involving a minor, or a person who may appear to be a minor, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Violence, hate, and self-harm
Do not create graphic gore, content that promotes or instructs self-harm, extremist propaganda, or content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on a protected characteristic.
Deception and impersonation
Do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate a real person without permission, misrepresent generated media as authentic evidence, or use the service for fraud, harassment, defamation, or political manipulation.
Rights and unlawful activity
Use only prompts, images, names, brands, and other material you have the right to use. Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
Enforcement and reporting
We may use automated and human review, block requests or outputs, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, and preserve or disclose records when required by law or necessary to protect users. A request blocked before generation does not consume a credit; suspension for a policy violation does not by itself create a refund entitlement. Report suspected violations to support@thedreamyy2k.com. Include the account email, generation ID or URL, and a short explanation. You may use the same address to appeal an enforcement decision.
