This policy explains refunds and credit restoration for Dreamy Y2K credit purchases.

Unused credit packs
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits in that pack have been used. Once any credit from a pack is used, that pack is normally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Failed generations
A generation that fails before delivering an image does not consume a credit. Reserved credits are restored automatically. If a credit is not restored, contact support with the approximate time and generation details.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge, received the wrong number of credits, or completed payment without receiving credits. We will investigate and correct eligible issues.
How to request a refund
Email support@thedreamyy2k.com from the address on your account with the order ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and revoke the corresponding unused credits. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Payment provider and local rights
Payments may be processed by a merchant of record or payment provider whose checkout terms also apply. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
