アカウント責任
お客様はアカウントの安全管理に責任を負い、認証情報により行われたすべての行為について責任を負います。
知的財産権
別途明示しない限り、サービス内のコンテンツ、ブランド、ソフトウェアは適用法に基づく知的財産権で保護されています。
免責事項
法令で許可される範囲で、サービスは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。
責任の制限
法令で許可される最大限の範囲で、当社は間接的、付随的、結果的損害について責任を負いません。
利用停止・終了
本規約への重大な違反や有害な利用がある場合、当社はアクセスを停止または終了できるものとします。
規約の変更
当社は本規約を随時更新する場合があります。更新後にサービスを継続利用した場合、改定後規約に同意したものとみなされます。

AI generation service
Dreamy Y2K uses third-party AI infrastructure and models, currently Google Nano Banana through Replicate, to process prompts and generate images. Dreamy Y2K is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Replicate. Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.
Credits, billing, and refunds
Each generation costs one credit. Purchased credits do not expire; promotional credits may expire as disclosed. Failed generations are restored automatically. Purchases and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable checkout-provider terms.
Your inputs and outputs
You retain your rights in material you submit and, to the extent permitted by law and third-party model terms, may use your outputs. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your inputs and for reviewing outputs before publishing or commercial use.
Prohibited use and enforcement
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may moderate inputs and outputs, refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce that policy, comply with law, or protect the service and others.
